Summer Classes

Our summer ballet classes in Houston, Texas offer a structured curriculum suitable for individuals of all ages and skill levels. Designed to enhance technique and foster artistic expression, our program provides participants with the opportunity to delve into fundamental elements such as ballet terminology, stretching, and coordination. Through structured barre exercises and basic center floor routines, dancers can refine their skills and expand their repertoire.

Summer Workshops

June workshop

weeks are June 3-21

They are for Intermediate to Advanced dancers (ages 11 and up). Dancers must be on point and attend classes regularly 3-4 times a week minimum. Classes include ballet, conditioning, point, variations, modern, jazz, and contemporary. It runs from Monday-Friday from 9:30-2:30 and early drop off and late pickup can be arranged.

The Intermediate/C level workshop

is from July 15-19 and runs from 1-4 pm.

It is for the youth dancer with some experience and includes ballet, choreography, and conditioning.

The fairy tale camp

for ages 5-8

The theme this year is Nutcracker. It includes ballet, tap, jazz, snacks, and crafts. The camp is from June 15-19 and runs from 10-1 Monday-Friday with a performance on the Friday.

The Nutcracker workshop

runs from August 5-9.

The Nutcracker workshop gives dancers a chance to learn choreography from the actual ballet. Dancers should be on point and be taking classes a minimum of 3 times per week.

Ballet Variations Mini Intensives:

June & July Schedule

Saturday Variations mini intensives–Saturdays in June and July dancers learn the variations and solos from classical ballets. The June weeks are for Advanced Dancers and the July weeks are for Intermediate Advanced dancers. Each Saturday is from 1:30-4:30 and is $50 per session.
