Our adult ballet program offers two distinct levels to meet your goals:

Foundational Adult Ballet: Perfect for newcomers to ballet or those refreshing the basics. You’ll explore proper alignment, posture, and foundational barre work while gaining strength, coordination, and confidence.
Intermediate / Intermediate-Advanced Ballet: For dancers with prior experience who wish to refine their technique, deepen musicality, and enhance expressive artistry in a focused class setting.
