Pilates classes are open to ballet students as well as teens and adults who wish to take them. Pilates, although an excellent cross training activity for serious ballet students, is for EVERYONE! Offered at many gyms, Pilates helps build core strength, improve flexibility, and shapes and elongates the muscles. Pilates class is a series of mat exercises that tones the body. We encourage our more advanced ballet students to take these classes, but we also welcome any individuals who would like to get a good workout! Please ask at the desk about our highly qualified instructor for Pilates and special rates for Pilates only students. Classes are open to the public and no experience is required!
